GOOD OIL
GOOD OIL is a versatile, healthy culinary oil that can be used in a wide variety of ways in the kitchen. GOOD OIL Original has a fresh and slightly nutty taste, while GOOD OIL Light has less flavour but still has its full complement of Omegas. You can use both wherever you would use olive oil.
Why not try - making your favourite salad dressing with it instead of your usual oil;
- pouring over pasta with some freshly chopped herbs and black pepper
- roasting potatoes or vegetables with it
- drizzling over cod fillets with a squeeze of lemon juice before grilling
- shallow frying some cubes of bread with dried oregano and pepper to make croutons
- simply dunking bread in it
