TERMS OF SALEParties We are Braham & Murray Ltd trading as www.goodwebsite.co.uk. Our V.A.T. Order Confirmation We will acknowledge receipt of your order promptly but a contract will only be formed between us when we confirm your order by email to the address provided by you. We will do this once we have received full payment from you. Price The price to be paid by you will be the price advertised on our website at the time you place your order. All prices are in Pounds Sterling and include all applicable taxes. Postage and Packing are shown on the checkout page. We will try to dispatch your order within 30 days, but in any case, full payment must be received before dispatch. Payment will be processed by credit card and any refunds will be credited to your payment card. All transactions will be processed via WorldPay using a secure server. Delivery Your order will be dispatched within 7 working days of confirmation. We will send it by courier or Royal Mail, whichever is the more appropriate. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, delayed or faulty we won’t be able to cover for any damages or losses beyond that of replacing the goods. Please let us know of any problems as soon as you become aware of them and within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective goods. Cancellation You may cancel your order at any time up to 7 days after you receive the goods by letting us know by post, fax or by email at cancel@goodwebsite.co.uk. Once you have notified us that you are cancelling your contract, any sum debited to us from your Credit Card will be credited back to your card within 30 days of your cancellation. If you cancel your contract after we have processed your order for delivery, you must not unpack the goods when you receive them but return them as they are. You must send the goods back to us as soon as possible at your own cost and risk. We will be entitled to charge you for the cost of returning the goods if you do not do this at your own cost. Your statutory rights are unaffected. Guarantee We want to provide you with 100% satisfaction. If any goods are damaged or defective, please let us know within 7 days of receiving the goods, Goods must be returned to us and subject to us being satisfied that such a defect exists and has not been caused by incorrect storage or handling, we will credit you in full or send you a replacement order.
